This volume contains 120 selected papers presented at 2012 International Conference on Teaching and Computational Science (ICTCS 2012), which is to bring together researchers working in many different areas of teaching and computational Science to foster international collaborations and exchange of new ideas. This volume book can be divided into two sections on the basis of the classification of manuscripts considered. The first section deals with teaching.
